The Chernozemye Industrial Park was created as a Greenfield in accordance with Decree No. 851 of the Government of the Voronezh Region dated December 24, 2024.
Currently, design and survey work is underway on the industrial park's territory for the construction of a new engineering and transport infrastructure complex and industrial real estate facilities to accommodate residents.
