Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This Agreement applies to the websites of the state government institution of the Voronezh Region "Agency for Investment Attraction and Regional Development" (TIN 3666096861), located at: 14 Svobody St., office 700, Voronezh, Voronezh Region, Russia, 394018 (hereinafter referred to as the "SGI VR AID", the "Agency", or "we").

By accepting this Agreement and submitting their data on the Agency's websites by filling out form fields, the user:

• confirms that all data provided belongs to them personally;
• confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully and fully read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy of the state government institution of the Voronezh Region "Agency for Investment Attraction and Regional Development" for its websites;
• understands the terms of processing of their personal data specified in the form fields used on the Agency's websites, as well as the text of the agreement and the terms of personal data processing;
• grants consent to the Agency to process the personal data provided as part of the information for the purpose of concluding this Agreement between them and the Agency and its subsequent execution, as well as for the provision of services by the Agency;
• grants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Agency's partners;
• grants consent to receive informational newsletters from the Agency;
• expresses agreement with the terms of personal data processing.

The user gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, i.e., the performance of actions stipulated in Clause 3, Part 1, Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data," and confirms that, by giving such consent, they are acting freely, of their own will, and in their own interest.

The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.

This User's consent is recognized as executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• year of birth;
• place of residence (city, region);
• phone numbers;
• email addresses.

The User grants the website owner the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:

• collection and accumulation;
• storage for the periods established by regulatory documents for the retention of records, but for no less than three years from the date the User ceases using the service;
• clarification (updating, modification);
• use;
• destruction;
• depersonalization;
• transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be revoked by the User by submitting an application to the Head of the Agency, specifying the data as defined in Article 14 of the Law "On Personal Data."

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by the User sending a corresponding instruction in simple written form to the email address api@govvrn.ru or by mail to: 14 Svobody St., office 700, Voronezh, Voronezh Region, Russia, 394018.

The Agency is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the websites, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by any possible means.

The Agency has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Agency arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
